Refund Policy

At Boba Fide we aim to bring you a pleasant shopping experience. Even though we do not accept product returns due to food safety reasons, we created an easy refund policy should there is any issue with your purchase. Please read below:

Refund Period: Within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Refund Qualification: Upon receiving your product, if the product is damaged or have quality issue, or you receive wrong products, you may request a refund within the refund period.

Refund Instructions:

1. All refunds must have an RMA (Refund Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email our customer service team at contacts@bobafide.com to request a RMA number. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the products (if requested), quantity, and the reason for the refund.

2. Once we’ve received your request, it may take up to 1-3 business days for us to review it. Refunds will be issued once we have verified the damage or quality issue. You do not have to return the items back to us.

3. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment that the order was placed. Please note that it may take your bank up to 3-5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Boba Fide
